What does these lights on the 777 for and why other 777 lights are non functioning even when APU is on
You need to physically turn on these lights. I believe those are the landing lights you are seeing. Also, the APU is only for ground operations. The engines will give power the rest of the time.
No cabin door light is on when APU is running but only on the 777-200ER
Please take a picture with the day preset. Only some aircraft have “cabin lights.” These are the aircraft with non-modelled interiors.
There are no lights for the cabin door lights. The only lights available are the NAV, Beacon, Strobe and Landing lights. The Cabin Lights are only for the A321 when APU is running/ Engine is running.

Next to the cabin door is a little light that lights up when APU is running the small circle in the center right of all the cabin doors on the 777
This is probably a small easter egg. It depends on the developers if they want to add it or not.
The Devs probably only added this specific light for realism. Small things like these don’t really matter.

It’s similar to the window lights in the A318 and a couple other aircraft, although I’m not sure which. It’s just different things the devs decided to put in when it’s night and the aircraft is running. Perhaps to enhance realism or simply a little bonus to be discovered.
