I had a 777-200ER, I bought it around 2014 or 2015, and the app was crashing a lot so I had to reinstall it again. I later saw my 777 was gone and I tried connecting to my account, but it didn’t work. It’s in the store “unpurchased - still purchased”. I have to pay them money to get that plane back and it’s a huge waste because now when you need to buy planes WITH subscription, it’s difficult to decide.
Can anyone help me or give any tips to get the 777-200ER back, free?
Hey! Have you tried clicking restore purchases? This should restore all of your previously purchased aircraft that you bought.
