Boeing 767 Rework

Yet we still have the entire B777 Family and the entire B787 Family…

The 787 came out in 2016, stuff were different back then.

The 777 did have all the variants before it was reworked, not sure why they didnt remove any but it is what it is.

Which is what American Airlines had in their fleet.

The -300Er is the one with the most operators, so it makes sense.

Bump !! We need the freighter version more than anything, a true workhorse in the air cargo industry.

I know these pictures aren’t good but I had to because it was a DAL B763 pushing back in Dublin bound for Minneapolis @Mort summon.

I heard this start up its engines at Dublin bound for Minneapolis. It sounded menacing. Who doesn’t love the B767?

Edit: sorry I just realised I posted the same picture above, ah well it’s of the B767 and it’s on topic.

This’d go great with 3D releases of Oakland, Ontario, or San Jose.

Shall this be our opportunity? 👀 I hope so

Regardless of how hard it is to fly, it is one of my favorite aircraft in the game. If you are able to balance the trim with the flaps and spoilers, you can get some amazing greases out of it (but you have to be good at hand-flying because APPR is not on the aircraft).

Since the 757 already has a great virtual cockpit, why not use that on the 767 rework? Or the new Max displays could maybe be used for the most current version? What does everyone rooting for if the rework thing?

The 757 and 767 have a totally different form. The fuselage is not the same as well as the window frames.
The style, colours and layout are but nevertheless this would mean a complete overhaul. It’s like putting an A320 cockpit into an A330 cockpit. It isn’t as simple as that.

My apologies for the caps locked cockpit word😅

I didn’t say you could just use it as-is, what I’m saying is once you have the displays modeled it’s not as much work as starting over with a clean sheet.

I’m hoping he was reffering to a 767 rework!

It has to be one of the most legacy aircraft, such as the Spitfire or the C-17. The C-17 doesn’t have flap animations.
