Boeing 757 purple engine livery

So I was flying from KJFK to KIAD few days ago with B757-200 Delta 8958 Heavy. After I crossed runway and fully stop something magical happened with both of my PW2000 and the other flight that was going from KJFK to KSFO B757-200 Delta 214’s both PW2000. It turned to pink or purple!!! That was magical. Absolutely cinema and here is some pictures that I took during the flight. After the flight I went through the replay and the beautiful purple PW2000’s B757-200 is not purple anymore and I don’t know why.

It’s a known issue, it was addressed by Schyllberg in this post:

To start with; Saying this since you seem to have the expectation that we will provide all the official support in here. That’s not the case In regards to the issue; It is known, yes. It’s a corner case that occurs when the lighting hits the texture at a certain angle. Change the time of day a bit and it will disappear. You’re seeing it more often now because of the time of the year.

Known issue, as @1sma3l mentioned.
Just play around with the time and date settings. It’ll fix itself eventually.
