The -300 variant of the 757 entered service in 1999 with Condor. The airliner struggle in sales, mostly due to the lack of airline use after the Attacks of September 11, 2001.

Even though this plane looks waaay to long, there’s something appealing about it. I like the small variant better, but I wouldn’t complain if this got added - it would be a nice plane to have nonetheless.

I would imagine this would be a relatively easy task - the -200 model we already have is good enough to modify without going down the start from scratch rework route.
I really like the -300, it’s crazy long but it still looks kinda cool.

I absolutely LOVE the pencil jet. Got my vote!

I heard that in this aircraft (I am sure also in others, but more specifically this plane) if you sit in the back of the plane, and there are no dividers, you can see the airplane bending side to side because of how long and thin it is! XD

I know on landing pilots cant really flare at all or they will tail strike because of the length

If they do in fact add this, I’d prefer this Continental 757-300


(I like this one in particular because it has winglets and a skyteam logo from the period that Continental was in skyteam)
