Polar Air Cargo is a great livery for the -8F. I have no idea what the operations are at atlas but I’m pretty sure the flight crew are atlas.

Great plane except that it is going to be retired pretty soon.
Not really. A lot of freighter aircraft can fly up to 40 years. With the last 747-8f being delivered just a couple of months ago, it will be around for a long time.
But will Boeing contain to make parts or will they be taken from retiring 747 800
Not all the parts come from Boeing. Airlines can buy large amounts of parts from their designate manufacturers. Airlines have a stock pile of parts for their aircraft so even when parts are no longer available, the airlines are already prepared.
get rid of half of the IF fleet then
Definitely not the case which is the great thing about cargo aircraft! Even though passengers might not be able to enjoy the 747 for many more years into the future, cargo operators are going to get every penny they can out of this workhorse, the cargo Queen of the Skies!
While it’s still flying, how about we get some more votes for this amazing cargo hauler?!
I voted /we also need the 747 that transports plane parts.
The Dreamlifter. I think it has the same chances of getting into the game as the AN225
Oh the kind of routes I would do with this plane. Probably try to fly it in and out of KSLC lol
I’m sure it would look good flying through the Salt Lake valley! Can’t wait until the eventual day when the -8F gets its own variant in IF!
Atlas Air, Polar Air Cargo too
Imagine having the nose door open for loading cargo… Bump!
Gonna go ahead and bump this again. It’s been a little quiet on here
“We need the reworked 747-8f. The world needs it”
Keeping this alive! Saw a UPS 747-8F from Hill AFB fly over my house not too long ago
i was writing a review about the same exact thing, didn’t realize that it was already a post. getting my vote
