Mostly likely cockpit but alive with the instruments considering the last WIP we got was the raw modelled cockpit
While I don’t like glass cockpits all that much, I will admit that they do look leaps and bounds better at night. What am I saying…. All cockpits do. 😁

I expected it, but I had a little hope. I’m disappointed with how long it’s taking them to make a new plane. I understand all the reasons why it’s taking so long but it still annoys me. When they were building the a380 I didn’t care because I’m not an airbus fan but when they announced they were going to make the b737 max I just get more and more irritated by the day. I literally want to cancel my subscription and wait until it’s ready. Of course I won’t but I can’t wait to fly the new B737 max 8.
By that logic anything beyond a basic euro white such is unnecessary, including all these classic liveries you praise. Not saying that I like most current liveries better either, but come on. It’s a squiggly line.
It seems that the original design of the 737max (presumably what the rendering models depicted) looked a bit different from what they eventually became irl.
The aluminium enclosure was perhaps planned to go at the tips. In reality they kept it with a more simpler enclosure where the wingtips would meet the winglet.
- The rendered option, where the aluminum enclosure meets the tip
- The current model, that made it irl
I like the model like it is now. It’s more subtle but it has style. The 737max winglet is probably the prettiest to look at.
With this said, I really look forward when this plane gets added in the IF fleet. 👀
I have a huge question about the Ryanair, Buzz and Malta Air liveries.
As we all know, their Max8 airplanes are all from the -200 variant (Boeing 737 MAX 8-200) that have an extra door right after the wing due to security demands (for quick emergency evacuation).
Here is a quick example:
And my question is: If those liveries come with the Max 8 update, will they have this extra door ?
I’m questioning that because it can carry us into two problems:
- Add the liveries without the extra door; Or
- “Create” a new model just to add those extra doors
Soo, what it should be ?
Note: I’m not sure if it could work, but maybe add the extra doors just as a paint in the liveries should fix the problem, or am i wrong ?
I believe one of the staff said the door on the 200 livery is gonna be part of the livery. It would require a new model or something to add the exit door
They are adding it as part of the livery using paint. Not sure what it would look like if it’s just made by paint but I’d say it would be like a MAX 9 door plug painted on since it would need a special window if it was not painted
I actually do like that Buzz livery. It’s a little lackluster. I would have liked to see more yellow and black, but it’s not bad.
Was talking to someone about that at one of the meetups and the sloution is that they are going to “paint” the extra door onto the standard max 8 model.
Such a beautiful livery. It would be cool if they incorporated the eagle design on the nose of the aircraft onto the tail somehow.
I think I found it getting tested on the flight map.
I’d say connecting it in some form to the tail might be nice. Perhaps adding a grey accent around the tail or perhaps do a United thing
I believe this is a brand new 737 max ethiopian airlines going to recieve with a stopover in Dublin.
It’s their 2° in the fleet! I hope we can get it with the update!
