Hello IFC,
I am now preparing to fly the BOE4 flight with a 787-9 (full fuel, no pax no cargo). I was wondering if anyone had done this flight and how much fuel there was to spare? I might come back late and pass my destination, so I don’t want to stall or receive any violations/ghostings

I’ve made it just over 21 hours in the 787-9 with full fuel, and no pax and cargo.

It’s only supposed to be 18 hours. I’ve done the flight 2 times already and it was only 18 for me…
Anyways, the flight was done with the 788 I believe, but it’s up to you. Also, I would load around 20 hours of fuel, and remember that step-climbs are important 🙃
If you step climb properly, you should have about 3 hours of fuel left when you touch down.

Sorry to revive this guys, but I had one more question. Is there a way to grab the step climbs (and altitudes at each waypoint) from FlightAware or another service?

SimBrief can give you stepclimbs and will tell you the waypoints to stepclimb at
SimBrief cannot plan BOE4 tho, can it? If so, please tell me how!
Ok then use FPLtoIF.com which gives you stepclimbs using the FlightAware flightplan
For some reason, fpltoif does not load the plan.
