Supposedly this bug was fixed in an earlier update with the “clear cache” option, however, I have tried it multiple times to fix this bug. Is there any way I could fix this other than clearing cache? Thanks.
There is now other way to do it during the flight. You can restart the app and reboot your device in order to fix it.
Prior to beginning your flight, don’t forget to close all apps running in the background and preferably reboot your device in order to prevent this issue from happening
You can try closing the application also make sure you cleared cache when not in flight, re-closing and reopening the app as well as reinstalling the app as a last resort
Ah, then that must be the reason. Thanks mate, didnt know if it worked in-flight.
thanks for the help everyone
