Black sky bug. iPhone X

Hi,
I have a problem with the Cirrus SR-22 Cockpit camera.
When i put the cockpit camera and zoom out the sky turns black randomly, first time i tried to record it my game crashed. I’m using the iPhone X. This does not happen on my iPad. I’ve uploaded a video so you can see it. From 1:20 and after.

Thanks,
Diego

This looks like corrupt files. Try restarting your device. If that does not help the issue, re-install the app. Good luck!

Already re-installed and restarted before posting this, and still happens. :(

That’s strange…
How much memory is on your device?

I’ve used 25 gb out of 64.

Ok. Make sure you have 2GB of RAM available. I would also try closing all other apps while running Infinite Flight.

Well the phone itself has 3gb of ram, i closed all the apps and it’s still happening.

Thanks then, good to know its a known issue.

No, this is not a known issue. I would wait until a moderator responds so they can provide further assistance.

I would love to see the source for this claim

Where is this exactly? Best to point us in the direction of a topic saying this before making such a claim. You might be thinking about the wrong issue here.

@Diegar: Have you attempted to change your graphics settings at all?

Thats black floor, not black sky.

But that’s black floor, this is black sky

Sky doesn’t equal the floor. The black floor bug is due to corrupt terrain file but this is something entirely different

@JT_Playz Please refrain from commenting in #support unless you can confirm you can provide a helpful response. Both of your responses are misleading.

@Diegar What are your graphics settings?

Yes, i just tried and still happens.

Sorry I thought this was about the ground and atmosphere didn’t notice.

I was with full settings, but tried changing them and still happens.
