Black screen appears during descent

Operating system: IOS 16

Hello,
I was having a flight from Manila (RPLL) To New York (KJFK) on a Airbus A350, I was about to Change my route altitude but then i pressed SET ALT It wouldn’t show the Set amount and Also the Magic Keyboard.
I was really confused when its didn’t pop up. I cleared the Cache but it still wouldn’t pop up I also saw the map that it wasn’t fully loaded, I was trying to fix everything by changing the graphics but the screen decided to turn into a black. I just realized that this happened to be before Two times is there any way to fix this problem?? I tried contacting the ATC But they didn’t Respond for 5 minutes…
