Today ,i wanted to buy the B777, but than a warning came were stood : Billing purchase

Can you help me pls

I just pay for live+ and i never had a problem

Purchases and billing are done through the store used on the device.
Any errors occurring during the transaction regarding the purchasers account or billing information would need to be directed to the store being used.

Is just my question maybe are people that they have their android phone or tablet hacked if so some times play store is not working
