Hey there, I’d take a look at some of the other events for inspiration, and then copy their formats when making your own event. Your topic needs a bit more “substance,” such as which airports, what times (as your event currently lasts over a week), gates, aircraft, maybe some relevant info on why you chose this event, etc…
If you have questions or are curious, don’t hesitate to reach out via DMs, I would love to help you get something up and running (especially with GA aircraft, as I find there to be a significant lack of events with them in IF right now)!
Events are also better if they focus on one or two airports and only on a single day, maybe two (not a whole week) - there are dozens and dozens of airports in Texas, which then dilutes the event and it is likely to not get much attendance.
