I wanted to hear from a user that has this device, is not the same when asking Google, and if the thread is so old why is not closed? I was just asking question, am not looking at how old the post was i just wanted information, but thanks for letting know.
I use a Nvidia Shield , 2g ram, seems more than adequate.
Also, rapid chargers are available that charge 5 times faster than standard on Amazon.

BTW, Nvidia has discontinued the Shield tablet.
Also, battery drain issues developed after their 5.2 update. Mine is still under warranty and I am sending it back, as my battery will only charge to 88%, rapidly discharges with use even when charger is connected and discharges when off.
Need new tablet with mini-hdmi connection to hook up to TV.
Ideas ?

I just got a Google Pixel C tablet. That thing is amazing and the graphics are sooo much better than my Samsung.

This is used to hook up to a TV.
Not the micro-port used for charging.

I would always say that Apple make the best tablets but it depends on whether you prefer android or iOS. Pick based on that.

It does not, It has chromecast and a USB type C. I know there are USB Type C to HDMI connectors available on Amazon for a few bucks.
I hate when someone says “the best” The best means something different to everyone. The best to me is graphics, IF, and email. I am not going to be editing a full length movie on it.Plus I have never owned an ipad so everything I know is from what other people have told me. I prefer to get my facts from hands on experience.

I think I’m going for Apple cause now I’m using my iPhone for IF so will need to restore if it’s from iOS to android I can’t restore all my planes and Region so going for IPad 9.7 2017

I only found the Google Pixel C and the Samsung Tab S3 who could be compare with the shield.
They sent me a new Nvidia tablet and it works just fine.
Compliments to their customer service.

I am going to buy an Android tablet next month but I want one that can run Infinite Flight. I saw a few people saying that the Nvidia Shield K1 is pretty good but after this topic : [Android] Infinite Flight Freezes Mid-Flight , I am starting to have negative thoughts about it…
Edit : Sorry, had a closer look, Laura solved the problem which is great, so maybe I will buy the Nvidia Shield after all…

I went and got the Nvidia shield K1 32GB 4G LTE version
running android 7.0 and absolutely love it. I can use it on the road or at home, on it’s own or paired with my CHpro yoke via OTG, mouse and monitor (it has HDMI port). It has had no problem running global, fast on highest settings, battery drain is not bad considering the only thing I could find wrong with it is it can run a little warm. Defiantly the best I’ve used, I also have Samsung TAB S and LG V20 but only “fly the shield”.

Yes, they run warm as it is LCD screen.
Can you please tell me that the nexus 9 runs IF global smooth (50fps+) with anti aliasing or not :)
