In my opinion believe EGCC has some of the best planespotting locations in all of Europe. You get a perfect view of planes taking of from RWY27L. Also I would move this topic to #real-world-aviation

I’ve heard some pretty good stuff about Manchester myself, Heathrow can be a little fun for the larger stuff although doesn’t have a specific area to cater for spotters plus is quite generically for spotting.

Quite a few people go to the military bases in the middle of the country for the jets and cool traffic along there. RAF Mildenhall for USAF activity seems quite common with this spotter linked below.

I think the Mach Loop would be quite interesting, not only does in have some nice scenery the aircraft complement there is also quite nice.
