Being able to open and close runways [This is for ATC]

How about adding a command which in that command it would have 3 pages to it on will being able to say

The first page would say Close or Open runway

The second page would give a list of all the runways at that airport

The third page would say do you want to close or open this runway

Let me know what you think

I would want to see this as a separate command

What’s the need to have this as a separate command when you already have it on the ATIS?

ATIS is suffice and realistic. No need for this suggestion. :)
