I think I was recently banned from using ATC.
Since I’m a beginner, I can easily imagine making unacceptable mistakes. I regret that.
My question is whether it’s possible to learn from those mistakes, for example, by providing feedback on what went wrong, so I can continue making progress and maintain my Infiniteflight subscription.

Are you talking about ATC sessions or were you flying a plane?
It’s completely impossible to contact ATC. There’s no activity from other aircraft. I can only visit all airports without seeing any activity from others.
is your sound off? There’s ATC sound control in settings. If it’s on then I’m not sure what’s going on.
Which server are you on?
You mean you just got a violation from ATC and is now banned from using the Expert Server (ES) for 7 days… perhaps?
…and so now you’re either in TS (Training Server) or CS (Casual Server) where ATC activity is low or none, or maybe you accidentally switched to Solo mode (Non-multiplayer) where it is very quiet?
You sure you’re not in solo mode?
