As @AR_AR said, just contribute to the forum by reading posts, creating topics, commenting useful replies and liking posts and you’ll start earning badges without realising
Yea I believe so because I just got “reader” even though I’ve been through tons of post on here and everything. And all I did at the time was open a new post that only had like 3 replies. I also just got my “Member” status, but I’m pretty sure I’ve qualified for that for some time now unless I’m reading the requirements wrong. So it seems to just take the system time to update all that
