I would like to apologize for my bad tower service in Nairobi this morning. I was rushing trying to get departing aircraft out and forced many go arounds. I will work on my timing and be better next time!

I happened to be one of the people that had to go around this morning. I will say it made for a memorable end to my 22 hour flight from Hawaii. I appreciate you understanding what you did wrong because nobody is perfect. Perhaps there are some steps that you are mentally thinking about that can better prepare you for the next time you are put into a high stress situation like this morning.
