Was this on training or expert?
Unfortunately if this was on training there is nothing much we can do, as everyone can access ATC facilities. If you have expert server access, I’d reccomend you use it.
Actually on Training
If it’s on Training then there’s nothing you can do about it.

As I said above, if you have expert serve access, use it, because anyone can accces AtC facilities on training and troll.
