Back after 5 years, but can't restore my old account

Operating system: Android 16

The title. I bought the subscription on playstore using the same email id, the game says this IFC account isn’t linked to it (it was 5 years ago to the same email id). When I try linking it in-game it then says the IFC account is already linked to another account. My in-game user name is now ‘2009C14D’
