With Air travel shutting down and airlines parking up their fleets, myself along with crew from Oceania Pilots Group @OPG thought it would be fun over the Easter long weekend to re-enact (British Airways sending their fleet of A380s to Châteauroux-Centre “Marcel Dassault” Airport FRANCE) for storage.

Wow! That must’ve taken a bit of organisiation…
Really nice shots! I learnt that one of these A380s ruined the taxiway at Chateauroux.
Awesome shots! I actually flew into Chateauroux yesterday for some IF flights storing the 747.
Thanks mate , sad times indeed in reality
Haha yeh it certainly did! Thanks
If only they made engine covers like that in IF. Anyway, great shots mate! ;)
That would be a mint little addition for sure … thanks 🙏
Really sad that I wasn’t able to attend that event on that day, really cool shots!
I actually watched my first air show there, looooong time ago. Used to be a NATO air base. It now is mainly a cargo airport.
That’s a lot of whale… Sick dude!
Nothing like 14 A380s departing and landing all at once!!
Here is another great angle (pilot over submission)
Wow, what a cool idea, looking great! I really hope to see the A380s back in the skies for BA and all other carriers soon. Thanks for sharing!
