B787 wing flaperons (ailerons)

Hi, I’ve notice that in the video from @Laura
https://www.instagram.com/p/BHwEvcQBwJg/
the ailerons use as flap and it is not in real life as the diagram show below

I want this to fix, please, and thank you devs for making things happened : )

It may never change. The 777 also has flaperons but I don’t believe the Devs are making them function as aelerons.

The 767 also has working flaperons

I’ve watched 787 landing videos and I always see after touch down when the spoilers go up the ailerons also go up and act as spoilers.

I think this post might supposed to be in general?

Mmmmm, I don’t know man, keep it in #support : )

Ummm it looks like there is a mistake on the LOT livery (on the vertical stabiliser)

Really? Where?

I’m having trouble uploading the image but I promise I will do it tomorrow!
I do have evidence!

I will post it as soon as it works! 👌✌

Looks like the flaperons are either part of the flap assembly or an aileron on previous aircraft. I suspect this one will be the same and not be representative of how they work IRL.

Here are some images showing them in action and how they work IRL. (All of the photos belong to me)

  1. No control input - Flaperon flush with the flaps, aileron in neutral position.
  2. Flaps raise slight while the flaperon deflects slightly downwards compared from last image to produce left roll in tandem with the outboard aileron deflecting downwards.
  3. Roll complete, flaps now up. Flaperon fully up with flaps, aileron in a neutral position.

    Here’s another application:
  4. Flaperon fully up to decrease lift after landing.

What are you trying to tell

sorry for not understanding

Explaining how they work IRL. The Infinite Flight version might not have all those features.
