Aviation Incidents
With a rising number of minor incidents every day, it would be a lot of work to create separate threads for each of them, instead, I thought a singular thread where all minor and major incidents could be reported and shared by the community, eliminating the need for separate threads. (This is for minor accidents such as runway overruns, burst tires, etc)
Formatting
All formatting should follow the example below for ease of use.
Flight: ICAO## (Ex. EK248)
Aircraft: Full Name (Ex. Boeing 747-400ER)
Location Departure ICAO - Arrival ICAO
Date: MM/DD/YY
Time: (UTC/Zulu)
Incident Type: (Ex. Runway Overrun On Landing)
General Information: ( On short final the plane stalled out and crashed)
Image (Source must be included)
This is only for minor incidents, not incidents such as JT610. Things such as runway overruns and burst tires. If this isn’t a good idea a mod can feel free to close this thread.
