Hello everyone!

I have recently started my radar training for my promotion to IFATC officer, and decided to open a tracking thread! The main purpose of this thread is to get some extra practice to improve outside of my training sessions. Anyone is welcome to stop by and fly the approach types listed below. Feel free to fly inbounds, radar patterns, or both! This thread will be updated every time I open with new information each time. Feedback is always much appreciated as that is what helps me improve. Thanks all in advance!

Each update will use the following format:

Approach Types: N/A

I am! There are different levels of IFATC. Apprentice, Specialist, Officer, and Supervisor. I am a specialist, trying to get to officer. This requires training and tests. So that’s what this tracking thread is for :). I’ll add you to the list though!

Anytime sir.

  • No issues with the approaches.

  • With CAF, sometimes it may be necessary to assign an altitude initially for different reasons.
