As Avianca comes to celebrate their 100th birthday, we at AVVA have decided to hold a flyout to celebrate as well! Many interesting things come with this flyout. Not only is this a flyout, this is the official launch of our subsidiary, Avianca Ecuador!
Another development with this flyout is that this is also the official launch of our global tour event series! With this new event series, we will visit nearly every country around the world, with events being hosted every two to four weeks.
This event series will first take us back to Avianca’s roots, Quito. Though this isn’t the first official route that Avianca’s predecessor SCADTA flew (we’d prefer to not host an event and fly a 5 minute flight to a town that doesn’t have an airport), the first official route operated by Avianca under the Avianca brand was from Bogotá to Quito.
