I just wanted to ask why does Autopilot+ doesn’t record the real time and the plane goes unstable while I am returning back to the session? The flight start at 11AM and hours later after joining the game it’s still 11 AM and I have to set it manually which is pretty unrealistic 
Are they gonna fix this or how does this work?

First, the time issue is a known one and will be fixed in the future, but at the moment it takes almost no time to pause and hit the button for the correct time, so that isn’t a big nuisance.
Second, the instability of the plane comes from the fact that during AP+ the plane continues as if it is in the exact same conditions as when you turned AP+ on. That means that as soon as you resume your flight, it instantly has to readjust to the new wind, turbulence and possibly changing airspeeds. As you can imagine, just as if you paused and changed the wind direction and speed in solo mode and then resumed, the plane will have to essentially balance itself back out. In the future, there are plans to have AP+ take into account the changing winds and turbulence, which would mitigate this effect, but as of right now that is simply how it is.
