Autopilot problems during cruise

Description

Flew from LGW-PFO and back today, and noticed consistently weird autopilot behaviour during cruise. At almost every waypoint, specifically ones which had a heading change of 0-5 degrees, the autopilot would perform an extremely sudden and sharp bank to the left or right for a few seconds, before righting itself. Not sure if this problem is entirely beta related, but I thought I might as well make notice of it if attention hasn’t been drawn to it already.

Wonder what the cause is, sounds wind related based off your topic. I’m sure there must be some AP bug though, no way it’s all crosswind

Well after the new FD we can see its not the wind. FD goes crazy then re aligns.
