I just renwed my monthly pro, back at grade one, did a flight on the casual server from Hanada to Heathrow and got 2h and 45 mins of flight time? How do you want me to get grade 3 or even 2 when My flight time isnt even being counted, neither the XP…

Atleast fix it though man, how am I supposed to get grade 3, tryna fly at my favourite airports with atc on the expert server when its taking me this long to get XP…
The staff will work to fix the issues as soon as possible. It is currently the weekend, when the staff will likely be off.
You made ONE flight like that, and it failed. I’m sorry about that but honestly, keep flying.
Hoarding hours on AP+ will not get you ready for Grade 3.. more active flying will. Otherwise - you’ll get violations that will put you back to grades that won’t allow you access Expert Server 
if been in their for a year and never got a grade 2-3 violation, just whenever i forget to renew my subscription it takes me back to grade one
been 2 weeks since its been like this.
Perhaps don’t delete your account and it should be less of a problem moving forward
