Good evening,

I am facing a weird problem with the autopilot +, recently i did a long haul flight using the Autopilot + obviously, but when i opened the app to start the approach and landing procedures i saw that the flight time shows 24 minutes of flight and not the correct flight hours that i flew which is 14h , i wanna know fo someone is facing the same problem and if leaving the app can cause this rather than keeping it open on the background,

Hello again! After further investigation, I found that inactive flights weren’t being processed correctly. I’ve applied a fix, and things are now returning to normal. Keep in mind that this likely affects many flights from the past 18 hours - starting when the AP+ server went down until now. (December 30th 1600Z - December 31st 1100Z)

I had this same problem last night, where it showed 31 minutes of flying for a roughly 8 hour flight! This is a known issue.

Is this problem of AP+?

There is a known issue with flight time recording correctly when using AP+.

Hi Team,

Happy New Year to you all.

So I got the email with the status update that this issue was resolved and I planned to run a flight from Heathrow to J’Burg so I can do my first landing in 2026. The flight is supposed to be just under 11 hours but only few for about 3 hours it seems. Distance is also wrong. I’m posting my details, just in case I’m not fully understanding this as I got the mail stating this issue was resolved BEFORE I initiated this flight.
