First of all, this topic needs to be in Support since it’s a game issue.
There is actually a recent topic about this issue here: Autopilot + not sure what could be the root cause though.
What route did you fly and on what server? I can try to check if you got your hours or not. If you got the hours, it may be an issue with the flight time showing wrong.

Just to confirm, you turned on AP+ when leaving your flight with this blue button? Also, what did the flight time show when you resumed your flight?
