Autopilot disconnecting inflight

Hi all, I hope you are all well.
Today, I was flying enroute to Zürich. After reaching cruising altitude, I went for a quick jog then when i returned, I found that my aircraft had crashed and I was demoted to grade 2 maybe because the aircraft might have exceeded the speed limit during the dive from 36000ft.

Aircraft: 777-300er
Route: OMDB MAXMO DARAX NALBI KANAT LALDU MIVAK ASPOK GETOB BEYAZ ERGUN ODERO ALIVI OBLAK BATRU SUDIM OBALA BUGEV BARPI NIKEL ALESE SUXAN ARGAX LSZH
Cruising altitude: FL360
Flight time to crash: 1h 51min.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hey there,

Sorry about your misfortune but this is your best bet. Read over the link and see if you qualify for some help from Mark Denton or Tyler Shelton. Also your title says “disconnecting” if you can reproduce this then it would help the Infinite Flight Team see if there is an actual issue that is repeatable.

Was the throttle on 100% despite being at cruise altitude? It could’ve been that cruise speed was too high for autopilot to keep up at and the speed slowly decreased until stall.

Nope, I was at Mach 0.86( around 88% N1)
