Automatic Subscription Renewal

My subscription automatically renewed, and I was charged for Infinite Flight Pro on December 29. I was not intending to renew my subscription. Please let me know how I can get a refund.

When you sign up for a subscription, both stores provides information about the automatic renewal.
Auto-Renew can be cancelled directly from your App Store or Play Store app. Please find the instructions for your store below:

Google Play Store:
View, change, or cancel Google Play Store subscription

iOS App Store:
View, change, or cancel your App Store subscription


Basically any subscription is done through your store and not through Infinite Flight. Unfortunately you have to go to Apply/Google Play store to get a refund.

If it’s through the App Store you won’t have much luck getting a refund. Apple states that all app purchases are final. Give it a shot though.

Often times technical issues can be quickly resolved by closing and relaunching the app or restarting your device.

Each store has their own policy regarding how refunds for an app, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are handled. Please see the list below to find your app store:

APPLE

iTunes policy is that all app sales are final. We are not able to provide refunds, but you may be able to receive a refund by emailing iTunes customer service making your request.

ANDROID

The Google Play Store offers a two hour grace period to request a full refund for any purchase. Following the two hour grace period all refunds need to be requested with the developer by providing a complete copy of the receipt which shows the purchase ID beginning with “GPA” along with a reason for the requested refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case.

Tip for next time I’d go into AppStore if apple and go into your subscriptions press cancel and it ends you once your subscription reaches the expiration date
