Let me know if the Google Document Sharing works fine for all to copy-paste their content in there. I put some locks on the sheet so people won’t accidentally change the formulas, but I am not sure if because of the locks you can still use it or not. So, let me know if there is any issue of the sort so I will fix it for free access.

It actually seems to not work for me.

Uh, no, it wont understand the name of waypoints and such. If you generate a flight plan with SimBrief, the FPL (OFP-format) produced by SimBrief is quite hard and time consuming to be changed into Infinite Flight Format. This program only breaks the code for SimBrief. But if you enter the string of waypoints you gave me (and if the waypoints are current or compatible with the current AIRAC cycle of your SimBrief), then you can get the output of that and use it as the input in the Coded-GoogleSheet I posted here.

This is what I got for you by following the steps I mentioned:

Great, thank you! Just also want to know, I can’t seem to paste in the area where you said paste.

make sure if that is because of the sharing or not. Because even I had problem pasting in that cell, but I think it is more of a problem with google than the coded-sheet. Having that said, I will share an all-access-free version in a second…

sorry im not sure how to copy the OFP?

How to copy from SimBrief? Just get the PDF output on top and then copy paste the main chunk of the OFP. However, if you have calculated alternative routes for your flight, do not include that part with the main part, rather copy paste them one by one, and get the IF-Format separately for each. Does this answer you question?

this is dumb question but how do i paste it?

I am working on it to remove the lock or publish it in an accessible way. I logged out and I see what you mean. It just shows it as read only/view only. Give me 2-5 min and I solve the issue.

thanks I appreciate hard work on this

OK, I made it editable with everyone but I assume it would be a mayhem if everyone wants to make changes to it at the same time. So please do not change the formula and make a duplicate for your own use before starting to paste your FPL in there. I also noticed copying the Flight Plan is very hard on my iPhone. If you also experience the same issue, maybe either switch to a laptop/desktop for convenience or go the hard way and copy and paste the OFP from Simbrief chunk-by-chunk!

And I checked it from a secondary Google Drive Account and it works perfect right now. Just remember also to double click on the input cell and erase all residual content from before/others and then paste your new OFP. If it is pasted correctly, the first line of your pasted material should show up right on top. If it is showing up down below, erase and attempt "pasting correctly’ again.

Here is an updated version that will also give a string of WayPoint Names.

Try to use (make a new copy) this new shared document since a problem with GPS coordination is also solved here which used to give incorrect coordinates in the previous version for some specific situations.
