Would this be possible? CONCEPT: auto ATIS for airports. HOW IT WORKS: The system would detect the airports wind, traffic (aircraft tuned to frequency or on the ground), and if delays are expected (part of traffic). EXAMPLE: KLAX Information alpha, expect delays ground traffic and air traffic heavy, visibility 8 miles, winds favor runway 25L 25R 24L 24R, expect those runways for arrival/departure, winds 7KNTS at 240.

The controller (if not qualified for ATIS) can say which runways are In use.
