Hello everyone. today a plane I bought. Boing 787-10. this plane there is a problem. automatic approach does not work. continuous the same error message. Error message: “approach mode disabled. aircraft is overweight”
Please help what should I do. ıls and GPS approach I tried. Nothing has changed.
My Phone: Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Android 7+

Maybe reduce the weight of the aircraft a bit.
You need to change the weight settings, your plane is beyond the MLW (Maximum Landing Weight)
You should reduce load to a percentage which isn’t displayed yellow
The weight needs to be on light for APPR to work, try it after that.

Your aircraft is overweight. Reduce its weight in the pause menue > weight and balance > then reduce fuel, passengers and cargo until the number becomes green, below MLW (max landing weight, orange), and far below MTOW (max take off weight, red)
How can I change the weight? I do not know about this plane. help
Go to the menu, there will be an icon saying Weight and Balance
Click on it and it gives you options to change the aircraft’s weight

Use the sliders or just tap “Light” as mentioned in the previous posts. When the total weight turns green you are good to go.
Look at the circled controls. You can ch age the weight on any plane aswell, by the way.

We don’t need 4 people to keep answering the same thing. Yes it should be green.
The best thing is to just click on light if you want APPR to always work.

Always make sure you are on glideslope and light before engaging APPR.
Green = within landing weight
Orange = above max landing weight (MLW)
Red = above max take off weight (MTOW)
Until the support forum is setup better unfortunately everyone is able to chime in and it’s difficult to regulate. Maybe the Mods should only allow certain members the ability to respond.
