I noticed that when I turned my volume up I could barely hear any audio from the cockpit or interior cabin in general, on the exterior, I could hear, but it wasn’t as loud. I tried doing a device restart but it did not work. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

I don’t think this is a problem, it’s just since the engines are very loud, it’s a lot louder on the outside than in, sometimes I can barely hear anything in cockpit view.

Gday, you could try heading to settings (in app) → audio and check to see if both sliders are set to full

Isn’t that normal since you’re inside the plane?

I faced the similar situation and here is what I did to fix it.

  1. Go to Infinite flight in-app settings during your flight.
  2. Go to ‘Online’ section.
  3. Listen pilot voice once by clicking on pilot voice.
  4. Resume your flight and you will hear your audio.

Give it a try and let me know if it fixed.

I have an audio issue as well. nut its not the SFX. its the ATC. I cannot hear the pilot section of the settings nor I can hear the ATC. The SFX is working properly but the ATC isnt. Went to the settings and the volume was up. Also ATC and pilot’s voice was working at the beginning of this flight but now it isnt. I am in a flight right now and approaching an airport with many arrivals and the ATC voice is not working. Tried going into the setting to listen to the pilot voice but it wasnt working.
This is the first time it happened where I cannot hear ATC. I can still read but cannot hear.
