Just now departing out of Auckland I have witnessed the worst pilots, each of them going through others taxiing at 40knts and not following ATC ground or tower instructions! It was like being on Training. I commend the ATC who was controlling Tower and Ground which I missed the name as he disconnected just as was typing this.
It was a mess and I’m glad to be out of it.
I didn’t expect this to ever happen and in all my time on Expert I have never had this.
Have any of you had a similar experience on Expert and if so comment below, I wonder if anything could ever be done?
You can take a screenshot of what there doing along with a picture of there callsign and display name. Then contact a mod with your pictures and they can see what they can do about it
I’m at NZAA right now. @Bev7787 had to go around because somebody lined up in front of him. I nearly had to do that as well. There’s a 787 at a GA gate, someone got ghosted before because they were doing a pattern when ATIS clearly states no pattern work allowed. I don’t know what’s going on in Expert tonight.
The controller is @Moonlit. You can shoot him a PM explaining what you witnessed. Just a small note: He has connection issues, which means some of you are invisible to him. He is really trying his best to keep the frequency open and provide the best services for each and every pilot there.
If this is chaos, you might wanna take a look at LiveFlight right now, the planes there form an ant trail! Dk how the controllers are going to handle this mess. They probably have to use mass ghosting (ghost a few disobeying pilots with one command)
At times I had multiple invisible aircraft and app crashes to deal with - however, I remained with the frequency until it calmed down and it ran quite smoothly. If you do have any questions, please do PM me!
