The problem is that someone isn’t joining the events.
Hey Rodrigo please state your complaint clearly and with a little more structure in it please if it’s about events then please say what the issue is
You may want to post a reply to your event so that it’s in the top page, or add something unique to it!😉
The best advice that I can give you, is to make sure that you post your event around a week or two before your event to give pilots and community members, plenty of time to join.
Make sure that the event is well organised also as this will go along way in getting people to join.
Also, keep in mind this is a busy time of year as it was just Christmas and coming up to New Years so some pilots will be busy spending time with family and friends. :)
try planning the event about a week or 2 before so it gives people time to decide whether they can make it or not.
If you want a quick flight, there’s a new-ish category called #live:groupflights 😁
Yeah as @Declan_O said make the event 2-3 weeks prior to the event itself and also keep in mind that people will be spending Christmas and the new year with family and friends but my suggestion is to promote your events and to allow a variety of different aircraft for participants to use in the event
I feel you, this has happened to me in the past.
I would recommend, as @Declan_O said, create your events at least 2-3 weeks prior to get in sign ups. Be sure to make your events have appealing title, interesting and unique formats, and, if possible, assigned destinations, airlines, and aircrafts to every gate. You can also make your events at an airport where events are almost never held, for some variety. Also make sure to have the event occur at a suitable time for everyone. Remember, not everyone is living in a place with the same time as you. Users on this forum live around the world, and times are different in other parts of the world.
Hope this helps!
