The game is dominated by jet aircraft, so perhaps having some more Turboprops would also be good idea adding to the diversity. Personally I would love to see and fly the ATR72-600, Air New Zealand livery. I’ve been flying the Q400 a lot, and remaster its cockpit would be great too.
Also of the Turboprops, it would be awesome to also see the Condition lever control.
And also, I would also love to see the other autopilot functions such as:
- Level Change/IAS
- VNAV for climbing
- Flight Director
- TCAS RA
- Indications on the speed tape showing V speeds, minimum flaps up speeds and stall speeds
Other honorable mentions:
Lights, make them more realistic especially for at night.
Weather, Low clouds, Fog, Rain, Thunderstorms.
Weather radar, Terrain Radar.

Regional aircraft are severely undervalued and underrepresented in the sim. Especially prop regional aircraft (like this, the EMB Brasilia, Metroliner, etc.).

I might be one of the very few people who regularly use the sim who prefer short-mid range regional flights. If you have time, you can knock out between 4-8 flights in a single day. And it forces you to fly to airports you’d otherwise never even consider.

ATR probably one of the most used regional propjets, would be a good edition to make up for the outdated Q400
