Long overdue bump. Think how we are going to explain future generations that we did nothing to get the ATR-72 in IF!

Anyone loving flying around Taïwan here?

I regularly take this plane between Toulouse and Nantes operated by Air Corsica

It would be a great addition

Great for domestic service from Siam Reap to Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville as well as international flights to Ho Chi Minh City!

My flight this morning to Nantes with rough conditions

F-HXKZ (ATR72 delivered in 2024)

Here is a picture of the Pratt&Whitney engine in the morning rain. Notice the ice forming on the air inlets

Interesting fact: the ATR has an IPS (ice protection system) featuring an inflating rubber leading edge (hence the black stripes on them) that allows to brake the ice safely

Bonus : a picture of the approach to LFRS -Nantes Atlantique Airport

Nice pics!

I could almost see my ex-home there.

Spend some time up north this year and loved air north. Their ATRs where awesome and would love to see them added

(I know they are not 72s but hopefully if they go through with the ATR family all will be added)
