Atlantic Airways is the flag carrier and only airline based in the Faroe Islands, a small island nation halfway between Scotland and Iceland. Because of their small size, their fleet consists of two A320-200s, two A320neos, with two more A320neos on order. Additionally, small Faroese towns are connected by Atlantic Airways’s two AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters.
They have flights across Europe, and a recently added flight to Stewart, New York.

Why should we add Atlantic Airways?
The Faroe Islands are a unique and beautiful place. Adding the Atlantic Airways livery would open up a world of opportunities for realistic routes across Europe and North America.

People tend to vote on liveries that they have a personal connection with (like liveries from their own countries) , and i dont think the community has a lot of (if any) from Faroe Islands, so thats why.
I personally like this livery alot and would love to see it added (maybe with Vagar as a 3d airport as well…;)
I also think it’s because we dont know when we’re getting the A320neo. When it is known that it is being developed people will vote a lot more for liveries for this type
I’m a sucker for flights that are not ordinary and flying to airports that are empty in IF so less congestion so when the neo comes out I will probably do a flight from a busy European airport to the Faroe Islands.
Getting this livery would finally realistically open up the Faeroe Islands, without having to depend on seasonal flights. I’d definitely be flying this in and out of Vágar a lot.
