Hello everyone, I was just controlling my home airport of KORD Chicago O’Hare, and noticed that the ATIS option said that I wasn’t qualified to open it. So does that mean that if I do get qualified for IFATC, then we can open ATIS on the TS?

ATIS is only available on the expert server. If you qualify for IFATC you can use atis on the expert server.
Wrong. ATIS is available (together with GND and TWR) when you first join IFATC.
ATIS is not available to control on TS, whether is it non-IFATC or IFATC-qualified controllers :)
ATIS is limited to IFATC controllers on the Expert Server to prevent abuse of the system on the Training Server. Sorry!
