ATIS at all Controlled Airports on Expert

ATIS for All Airports ---

On expert server only the featured airports get ATC, one of the positions that can get chosen is ATIS which is information about the airport and also the landing and departing runways. I think that, at least on expert server, there should be set ATIS information at all controlled airports. (Controlled are the airports with a blue circle) No one would control this frequency but say for example in the morning hours, LAX used 6L,6R,7L, and 7R. But in IF it shows all runways at LAX as active. I think it would add more realism and order to airports without ATC to have ATIS. It will make things more realistic as well as more orderly, instead of having people landing at two different sides of runways. The airports wouldn't have someone set up the ATIS it would just be set. So for LAX people would tune into ATIS and land at the Oceanside runways during the morning hours. I just think that this would add realism to the expert server for airports not on the ATC schedule.

Hi there! Nice feature request - I could see this possibly being very useful. However, I think this may be what you’re asking for:

Automated ATIS (all servers)

Currently in IF we have ATIS, but it is unable to use for good reason. Back when it was used, a controller would manually enter the information (kinda defeats the automatic terminal information system bit…), and would have to re-write it all in for corrections. Wasn’t a great system. I suggest we have an automated system implemented, that follows this format:

From what it seems that post is focused on the controllers not having to put in the specific information about the airport, so automating ATIS but for the airports on the ATC schedule. What I am saying is to have ATC at ever controlled airport (controlled are the airports with a blue symbol, uncontrolled have purple). That post is mainly about the ATIS being automated but my post is about ATIS being spread to airports not on the ATC schedule.
