Hey guys! hope you’re all having wonderful flights. I wanted to ask, when will Cape town"s ATC open today? And are there certain hours for openings?

ATC just randomly opens, there’s no schedule for when an airport should be open. It is a focus airport for the day, so it should be staffed fairly regularly.
