ATC will be back to the normal?, is very difficult try to figure out where is going to be active, It would be great to have the weekly ATC like how they used to be months a go.

Tyler has not shown any interest in reverting back to the old schedule system. However, new features in the works to help increase the efficacy of the region system, including ATC booking systems and a new intermediate rank in between the Officer and Supervisor ranks.
It may be difficult now, and I apologize for that, but in the meantime, I encourage you to keep an eye on the region tracking threads in #atc, as well as staffed events and ATC takeovers in #live:events.
