Tower has been spamming messages and not replying to requests. London Heathrow Tower. Username is not showing. It was in the training server.
Edit - As the post is closed, I assume is may have been solved.

Is this on Training Server? If so, sadly not much can be done since controllers on TS are not trained or held to the standards of IFATC.
It is a training server. Since this server is controlled by general users, there are troll controllers. If you want to receive professional control, come to the expert server.
