At this time local training applications have been suspended to all who are not already actively training, unless the following new eligibility requirements are met:
Eligibility
Must be at least a TL1 on the Community Forum
Previously in the ATC Recruiting process and was unsuccessful with 3 practical test attempts
Completed required 90 day cooldown period following unsuccessful round of ATC recruitment testing
If IFATC, must meet all ATC Officer requirements outlined in 1A.6.3 of the ATC manual.
Note that ATC Recruitment is still open and users may join IFATC. To prepare for tests, see resources outlined in recruitment topic.
These changes are in effect to focus training efforts in-house on IFATC member’s radar training. Due to the high radar training demand and limited resources, local training will be limited.
All trainees currently on the waitlist awaiting local training will be privately notified of the pause.
I have a question. I passed my ATC written test and got in touch with my recruiter and we went back and forth about a time to do the practical test but he hasn’t responded to my request in over 10 days, what should I do? My recruiters name is NightHawk.
