Hello, I am grade 3 but I don’t know how to train to be an ATC on the training server. Can you explain and help me? Thanks in advance.

Anyone (Grade 2 and above, who aren’t members of IFATC) can control on Training Server - no “training” required.
Given you are currently Grade 3, you already have access to controlling ATC on Training Server, which you can use as practice if you are ever looking to control on Expert Server. Click on the button in the bottom right where you select your “mode” - make sure TRAINING server is selected - then click on the ATC option (if on mobile you may need to scroll across).
Did you mean the expert server or training server?
You can do practice in training server, after some experience you can apply for ATC in expert server through forms.
