Atc told me to fly 180kts after that I went into stall and unable to maintain alt and I got written up by atc

To fly 180kts, you’ll almost certainly need to deploy some flaps to keep the aircraft airborne. For Airbus, flaps 1 (or 2 if on the heavier side). for Boeing, flaps 5 (maybe 10/15 if on the heavier side).
